- Check wiper fluid
- Check tire pressure
- Check Lights
- If issue, record issue into to-do list
Remember Names:
- Meet someone new
- Make of mental note
- When you met them
- Where you met them
- How they carried themselves
- What they wore
- Anything else that stood out.
- Write it down after event, preferably same day.
Cold Showers:
- Taking shower in morning
- After proper wash
- Change water to cold for 90 seconds
Find Shoes + Clean Less:
- Enter home/living residence
- Unless preforming activity that requires shoes like heavy lifting, leave shoes by door.
