  • Oral health – Floss/Brush/Wash
  • Change pillow case
  • Bed

Ideal Morning Routine:

  • Alarm at 7am
  • Oral health – Brush/Wash
  • Shower
  • Prepare Nitro Cold Brew Coffee
  • Prepare breakfast – Huel
  • Go for walk
  • Stretch
  • Walk back
  • Get dressed
  • If work:
    • Drive
  • Start working

Self Development:

  • Morning Routine
  • Work
  • Lunch
  • Work on self development for 90 minutes
  • Run routine

Regular Car Checks:

  • It’s Sunday
  • Check oil
  • Check wiper fluid
  • Check tire pressure
  • Check Lights
  • If issue, record issue into to-do list

Remember Names:

  • Meet someone new
  • Make of mental note
    • When you met them
    • Where you met them
    • How they carried themselves
    • What they wore
    • Anything else that stood out.
  • Write it down after event, preferably same day.

Cold Showers:

  • Taking shower in morning
  • After proper wash
  • Change water to cold for 90 seconds

Find Shoes + Clean Less:

  • Enter home/living residence
  • Unless preforming activity that requires shoes like heavy lifting, leave shoes by door.
