Prior to this record, I have been recording my runs in Excel, but I feel the act of publicly publishing my run times, would give me the sense of responsibility and dedication to keep them up to date, not that anyone would be checking up on me, but that anyone could check up on me.

As displayed, I am exclusively recording times.  According to the mile marker posts along the bike path I run on, I normally run between 2-4 miles, but currently distance is not important to me.  I can see a future recording distance, but for now, to keep things simple, the act of running alone is what matters most to me.  I do have goals, but I also know very well at this point in my life to achieve those goals that small intentional increments paired with patience is what is required of me to meet the change I want to see in my life.
