Bad Habits

Starbucks/Coffee:

  • If important day
    • Stop at Starbucks/other coffee shop on way to work
  • If feeling low or unproductive
    • Stop at Starbucks, typically towards the end of the day or during lunch.

Fix:  Prepare coffee myself regularly.

Need for screen when eating:

  • Watch a TV show which tends to be 25-30 minutes long and could potentially snowball into another episode.

Fix:  Watch something educational on YouTube with the run time of 15 minutes.
